I go in tomorrow for my first official weight-in. Curious what their scale will say compared to mine.

That puts me down 4.6 lbs from when I started 10 days ago, and what my scale at home said.
Starting the journey tomorrow. My husband and I will both be doing optifast (he starts a week later when he gets back from his work trip). Here is my first week of food.
Will most definitely keep posting here as I progress through it, back into real food, and how it goes along the way.
Well… More like TGIF for me since I have Friday off from work! 8.5 hours of sleep (compared to my normal 5-6) and I’m so ready to take on the day! I need to sleep like this more often.
Friday I have my first appointment with a local health clinic that specializes in weight loss. I’m actually doing this with my husband who was referred to go there by our normal doctor. We are going to do this together, and are starting out our program with the Optifast option. This, our goal anyways, is to use it to kick-start our loss, get us use to doing small meals throughout the day, and as we work back into real food have it help re-train us about food, what we eat, when and how much.
We have no kids so we do not need to worry about feeding anyone but ourselves, thus both of us doing the same program.
ALSO, since I had sent my FitBit Force in under the recall (had the icky rash) I picked up a Jawbone UP24 today (though can’t wait to see what FitBit announces to replace the Force). I have here setup to post when I reach my daily step goal with UP. I’m hoping that this will help keep me going, motivated and also motivate others to do whatever they can to get healthy!
